📦 Orders & Shipping

1. Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide! We offer:

  • Free shipping within Estonia

  • Europe: €5 shipping fee (Free for orders over €85)

  • International: €18 shipping fee (Free for orders over €170)

2. How long does shipping take?

  • Estonia: 2-4 business days

  • Europe: 5-10 business days

  • International: 7-15 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.

3. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can track your order on our website or through the courier’s tracking system.

4. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please contact us immediately at fixhaus@knmd2.com if you realize you've entered an incorrect address. If the order has not yet shipped, we can update it. However, if the order is already in transit, we cannot guarantee changes, and you may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

Yes, returns are free for customers in Estonia. For international returns, we will provide guidance on the best return options.

8. When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
